Welcome to Court Meadow RDA

For over 45 years, Court Meadow RDA has been transforming lives through the joy of horse riding. Based at Tremaines Riding Stables in Horsted Keynes, West Sussex, our dedicated volunteers and qualified coaches provide therapeutic riding sessions every Thursday morning during school term time.

We work closely with local SEN schools — including Hill Park, The Hive, and Brantridge — offering children the chance to build confidence, improve coordination, and experience the unique bond between rider and pony. Each session is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and above all, fun — helping every child reach their personal potential in a safe and encouraging environment.

Alongside our school partnerships, we also provide weekly riding sessions for individual riders who attend with parents, family members, or carers. These sessions offer a welcoming and supportive environment tailored to each rider’s individual needs and abilities, while also creating valuable opportunities for families to connect and share in their achievements. Demand for these sessions is very high, and we currently operate a waiting list for new riders wishing to join the programme.
